Chocolate Crinkle Cookies Recipe
½ cup vegetable oil
4 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
2 tsp banking powder
2 tsp salt
1 cup confectioner’s sugar
Mix oil, chocolate & sugar. Blend in eggs one at a time until well mixed. Add vanilla. Measure flour, baking powder, and salt and sift into oil mixture. Chill several hours. Roll dough into small ball and roll in confectioner’s sugar. Place 2” apart on greased banking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes @ 350 degrees.
