Powdered Sugar Cookies Recipe
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda dissolved in 1 tsp hot water
1 tsp cream of tartar sifted into 2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
ΒΌ tsp almond flavoring
Mix ingredients together and drop by teaspoonfuls. Press across with moist fork. Cookies will bake quickly in 375-degree oven for 5 minutes.
