Oatmeal Chip Squares Recipe
¾ cup shortening (1/2 butter)
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup sugar
2 eggs
¼ cup water
1 cup flour
½ tsp soda
dash of salt
2 cups oatmeal
1 cup chocolate chips
½ cup coconut
½ cup nuts
Mix together in bowl all ingredients. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Do not over bake.
